Beet Labneh Sauce

Ingredients
2 roasted beets
1 teaspoon zattar
1.5 cups labneh
Pink Himalayan salt
Fresh black pepper
Few mint leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon pine nuts
Steps
Blend labneh, roasted beets, zattar, salt & black pepper until smooth.
Top with zattar, pine nuts and mint.
Pour over roasted veggies like sweet potatoes.
